Vibrations my be used in Unreal Engine for IOS or Android. This will feel like a tap.

To get started, open your player character, and right click to look for a node. You will see a checkbox at the top of that search bar, you need to uncheck it. Then search for “play dynamic force feedback”. You can use this on any event you want. You need to set the duration to a positive number, I did .1 (lower is better and you don’t want it less than .1). Set the intensity to .5 for a normal feel, or 1 if you want it to be very hard. For the target, do get player controller. It will look like the picture below.
